As the judging begins, cat owners clash and the fur flies, until a power outage throws the whole arena into darkness. But when the lights come back up, the event’s organizer is found dead and the grand prize is missing.
Shell knows the obvious suspect is the victim’s stepson, who’s up to his neck in gambling debts and would kill to get his hands on his inheritance. But there are plenty of disgruntled competitors to consider too, including some who had an old score to settle with the victim. Every clue is catnip for Shell, especially as she puzzles out whether the thief and the murderer are the same person. Either way, with two crimes to solve and a killer on the loose, she’ll have to tread carefully so that her dreams of Best in Show don’t end with Rest in Peace . . .

Describe yourself. I’m an ex-actress who owns a pet shop and likes to get involved in mysteries!
What makes you laugh? The antics of all my cats
Are you afraid of anything? Getting caught in a situation I can’t control
Do you have a special talent or gift? Apparently it’s solving mysteries LOL
Do you have a secret? Actually, yes. At one Time I did have a crush on my co-star, Gary Presser but
weve both moved on.
Tell us about your family. I have a very overbearing mother who can’t understand why I gave up
acting to run a pet store – she’s an ex-actress and very dramatic. Right now I consider my Fox Hollow
friends more of my family – My BFF Olivia, Gary, and of course our cats, Purrday, Kahlua and Princess
Fuzzypants.
Who is the most important person in your life? – right now I’d have to say it’s my boyfriend, Josh
What do you do for fun? Solve mysteries!
If you could change anything about your life what would it be? Right now I would not change one
thing.
Tell me about your author. A very nice person. She enjoys getting me in and out of trouble.
Do you like the way they write you? Most definitely!
